Paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, and legal secretaries all play an extremely valuable role in
the delivery of quality legal services to our clients. The firm presently employs 12 support personnel, whose
combined experience represents a wealth of knowledge. Due to the confidence we have in our support personnel,
the firm has made a conscious decision not to implement a voicemail system. On occasion, clients contact our
office seeking to speak with an attorney who is unavailable. When this occurs, those clients are referred to
one of our support personnel who can provide assistance. Of course, our support staff cannot provide legal advice,
but they are helpful in otherwise meeting clients' needs.
