Marilyn Shell has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1989 and represents clients in matters governed by the Texas Family Code, including divorce, modification, enforcement, paternity, termination, adoption and in drafting and negotiation of pre- and post-marital property agreements as well as cohabitation agreements.
